This policy covers the Danial Jets website, the Danial Jets app for clients and the Danial Jets Atlas app for our staff and partner operators.

What we collect

Only what we need to provide our services: your name, email address, phone number, flight and travel preferences, the quote requests and messages you send us, and any documents you choose to send in the chat, such as a scan of a passport or ID needed to arrange a flight. If you pay by card, the payment is handled by our payment provider and we do not store your full card number. If you allow notifications, we store a device token so we can send them.

How we use it

To prepare quotes, arrange and manage your flights and other travel services, answer your messages, take payment, and keep your account secure. We do not use your information for advertising and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Who it is shared with

We never sell your information. We share it only with the aircraft operators, handlers and partners who need it to carry out your trip, and with the service providers that run our systems: our secure database host (Supabase) and our payment provider. They may only use it to provide that service.

Documents and messages

Messages and files you send in the app are seen by our team. Identity documents are used only to arrange your travel and are kept only as long as needed for that purpose and to meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can delete your account, and everything held with it, from Account → Delete Account in the app. Jet Card holders close their account through us, because a card carries a balance that must be settled first. You can also ask us for access to, or correction or deletion of, your personal data at any time by emailing contact@danialjets.com.

Storage and cookies

The app and website use local device storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
